Scope
2019 to 2022. First design hire: product features, design system, brand pieces, and how we worked together day to day.
My role
- Shipped product, design system, and brand work side by side
- Kept language and visuals consistent inside and outside the product
- Set up simple habits so design, engineering, and marketing could move together
Impact
- Design and build stayed closer on the surfaces I touched
- Shared templates and parts helped people move faster
- Friends outside the team could tell one Zeplin story, not five
I shipped on Zeplin across layout specs, a rebuilt workspace, the notification center, onboarding, and Storybook so designers and developers stayed on one path.
I led Zeplin's visuals and brand voice, from blog and social to stickers and sweaters, and kept small routines so design, engineering, and marketing stayed in step.
